Thirteen acre park and recreation center with new utilities and parking 18,344 square foot building. The building will be constructed with a post-tension concrete slab on grade with a metal building structural frame system. The exterior finishes will be metal wall and roof panels with a steel frame and a stucco finish entry. Interior rooms will consist of a gym for basketball and volleyball, showers and dressing areas for men and women, support offices for the staff, community meeting room and future handball court. Finishes will be glazed block in the showers, gym guard in the gym, gym floor and steel frame with drywall.
