Ivar A. Larsen

Mr. Larsen is a Colorado native who received a B.S. from Creighton University and then returned to Colorado to acquire over 30 years of experience building and managing various types of commercial and industrial construction projects within both the public and private sectors. These projects have come from the competitive bid markets, as well as the negotiated or design-build arenas. Mr. Larsen has also coordinated build-to-suit jobs, and completed several tenant finish projects along the way. As the leader at Commercial Building Services, Mr. Larsen focuses on each project team, ensuring that quality and service are met on a daily basis. Ms. Click has more than 30 years of experience in the construction industry. A graduate from the Nettleton Business College, Sioux Fall, South Dakota. Her experience in the construction industry includes working as project accountant, and financial advisor. Rebecca's role in Commercial Building Services, Inc. is that of controller and accountant for Commercial Building Services, Inc. She manages the payroll, budgets, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial planning for the corporation. |

Charles K. Swanson

Mr. Swanson has over 20 years experience in design-build construction and has worked on aviation, industrial, office, warehouse, automotive, veterinary, retail and maintenance facilities. Charles assures that all proposals for the company are tailored to the needs of the customer and that all scope, cost and schedule items are covered. Charles holds an MBA from Case Western Reserve University in Operations Management, a BA in Architecture and Design from the University of Vermont and is a member of the Design- Build Institute of America (DBIA). |

Project Manager’s Role
|
|
The role of a Project Manager is to supervise the total construction effort to ensure the project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. This includes interfacing with client representatives and/or Architect/Engineer representatives. They will also provide technical assistance in interpretation of drawings, and recommendation of construction methods and equipment as required. A Project Manager is responsible for overall quality of the project and acceptance by the owner. |

Superintendent's Role
|

A Superintendent’s primary function is to schedule, plan and coordinate all of the activities that occur on his/her specific job site. Each Superintendent insures that all personnel comply with Commercial Building Services, Inc. procedures, safety programs, and work requirements. They are the keys in maintaining a quality project that is delivered on time. Superintendents are typically seasoned professionals who prefer being outdoors instead of the “Office Environment.” Every project of Commercial Building Services, Inc. is assigned a full time, on site Superintendent that will remain with that job from start up to Owner “Move In.” |

As your Project Architect, Steve More will facilitate the programming function as it relates to identifying your criteria and operational needs and ensuring that they are incorporated in the design of your facility. He will coordinate the activities of all design consultants and review the quality of their work prior to submittal for permit. At Commercial Building Services, Inc., the Project Architect is responsible for the overall quality of the design and will be personally involved in providing the most efficient and economic product meeting the operational and aesthetic expectations of the client.
Education: Bachelor of Environmental Design - Architecture, University of Colorado, Boulder
Certification: Professional Registration – Architect State of Colorado, B2699
Experience: Mr. More is a graduate of University of Colorado, with 24 years comprehensive practical experience in professional architectural practice and project management, providing quality service to clients relating to all aspects of design and construction. Mr. More also possesses a solid background in project services such as code analysis, agency liaison, including positive working relationships with the state agencies, as well as significant on-site construction administration experience.
