Superintendent's Role

A Superintendent’s primary function is to schedule, plan and coordinate all of the activities that occur on his/her specific job site.  Each Superintendent insures that all personnel comply with Commercial Building Services, Inc. procedures, safety programs, and work requirements. They are the keys in maintaining a quality project that is delivered on time.  Superintendents are typically seasoned professionals who prefer being outdoors instead of the “Office Environment.”  Every project of Commercial Building Services, Inc. is assigned a full time, on site Superintendent that will remain with that job from start up to Owner “Move In.”
